Isonokami Jingu Shrine, Nara

There is a passing reference to Isonokami Jingu in The Tale of Genji. This very ancient and sacred shrine is dedicated to Futsunomitama no Okami and holds a number of national treasures such as the seven-pronged sword, Nanasaya no Tachi.
